Halloween Skull

Although it's around 30 degrees Celsius here for the last couple of days, fall is definitely in the air. And all spiders know it. I can tell by the thousands of webs that decorate my garden, all of them with spiders in it that seem to get bigger every year. This one was about 4cm (legs included). It's a good thing I'm not afraid of spiders at all, because I have to push through webs every morning, just to get out of my garden.

Even while I was taking pictures of the skull I made for Halloween, a spider came crawling towards the skull, threw out a thread and started right away making a web between the skull and my pergola.

Do you know Black Death Vodka? That's what's inspired me making this one. Not the vodka itself, I don't even know what it tastes like, because I never drink alcohol, but the bottle.

  11. That is one heck of a spider, Liz! Wow! I think I'd be a bit nervous if it came to visit me. Your Hallowe'en skull and mummy are both very cute Halloween decorations. I haven't heard of the Black Death Vodka - think I might be a bit afraid to try that one!! Thank you for sharing with us at the Hearth and Soul Link Party.
